bought one and i am super satisfied with it! it is a ton of fun to ride and it's super fast, making it very convenient to go everywhere. it's also very stable. controls are easy to handle and straightforward. would recommend.

Thing zips, very easy to put together

I've been using this scooter for quite a while now. It's perfect for summer and any sunny day really. Charges in about 4 hours, and lasts a while, all depending on your route, hills and etc. can make it spend more battery. I'm really happy with it, and definitely recommend. They have an amazing customer service as well, You will get prompt responses and they will work hard to resolve the issue. Kayla from Gotrax Support Team was really helpful in solving my issue, i've had a problem with rear wheel and they resolved the issue, sent replacement within the week!

Bought this for a Christmas gift and it has been great. It is a lot of fun to ride, well built and rides really nice due to the inflatable tires. The price is pretty fair considering the size and quality of the build. Would highly recommend this scooter. Definitely worth the price, it is fun to ride and stays charged for a fair amount of time. Some cons - Is a bit heavy. Does fold down nice however. If it is really cold outside the battery will discharge at a faster pace (but to be expected if you know batteries). Recharges fairly quickly and is well built. Would highly recommend!

So much fun to get around town on! With almost no parking here the gotrax is the perfect mode of transportation.

My son saved his birthday money and purchased the Elite version as soon as he turned 13. It’s been the best thing ever! Very easy to assemble with the help of a great video we looked up on YouTube. (Took about 15 minutes) Its important you don’t charge longer than 4 hours at a time so your battery doesn’t become dependent on the charge, very similar to a cell phone. My son loves riding it to school and back, cruising over to friends houses, local parks etc.. Would def recommend!! I think it’s most suitable for 12 and up and suggest you purchase a very high quality bike lock for it. We got ours at Walmart for $30.00

I purchased my scooter at an aution so I didn't know much about it at the time being used. after a couple of days I had a problem with it and contacted the company for help. I was in contact with michelle and advised her of my problem. she helped me through a troubleshooting procedure and found out i needed a new console. she answered all my questions like a professional and kept me informed on the buying, shipping and installation process. she was a 100% customer service person that was very knowledeable about her product and didn't try to push buying all kind of parts. she made my experience with this process very satisfying and would work with her again any day.
