We love the bike. Smooth ride with plenty of power. Excellent customer service. We had a minor issue and they took care of it. Would highly recommend this bike and company.

Hello my name is Steven Crawford. I'm 53. Yrs young . I'm new to the e bike scene and just want to give you all a little back ground. I have a Ecotric Cheetah Super Sport Fat Tire . I got it because I had a stroke and a heart attack in the same week in the begining of summer. My doctor told me to lose weight or I wouldn't be here in 6 months . I was weighing 265 lbs. and I was way over weight and out of shape due to having RA. Well needless to say I have rode over a 1000 miles in 4 months and have lost about 65 lbs. I'm now at 200 lbs. and feeling a lot better off now . Thanks to my cheetah I'm going to be around for a long time . Thanks for listening and may your ride be pleasant and the joggers get out of your way .

I've owned my Hammer for about 2 years and have about 2400 miles on it. Overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase. A couple of issues to be aware of:
1) The hydraulic brakes stopped working properly after a few months and I had to get them serviced.
2) The handle bar comes loose after some riding. I've tightened it back up several times, but this keeps happening. I've even taken it to a couple of ebike repair vendors and they can't seem to fix it either. I've come to the conclusion that it's a design defect. As I said, my bike is over two years old, so perhaps they've remedied this is the latest model. I would definitely check with Ecotric on this.

he bike was fairly easy to put together with a video I found on YouTube. Once put together the front wheel was having trouble staying straight so it is a little closer to one shock than the other. I took it to a shop and they said there was nothing I could do about it. I also wish the bike came with fenders. It is hard to find them online and they are out of stock everywhere. It seems like it would be something the bike comes with.

The bike it fast and looks great. The only problem is that the front wheel won’t stay straight. It keeps tilting towards the shocks.

Purchased the hammer and lark bike.

Overall satisfied.

Hammer bike is having issues with the kickstand and front wheel bolt.

It's a great bike easy to put together fast and Powerful it's my third one the only thing I didn't like this time was the owner's manual didn't give you in depth about settings buy one you won't be disappointed

I have recently purchased the Ecotric Cheetah. This bike is a fine machine. I have been riding it and having a blast. It reaches 20mph. The fat tires allows me to take on any terrain! Thanks Ecotric!

Nice bike. Nice price.

The Bike is nice, but they sent me an Orange one instead of the Black one that I ordered. Gave me a light kit for the mistake.
