We bought 2 Dolphin bikes and love them. Wife wanted a step through and these fit the bill. Once we saw these on sale, we quickly bought them. These also have the fat tires (stability), LCD display (not the LED) and they are a bit lighter than other e-bikes (but still quite heavy). It took some time to assemble, but the instructions are good and we had no problems. Everything works great and we highly recommend the Dolphin bikes. They shipped quickly.

We have had 2 ECOTRIC fat tires bike for 2.5 years and now just purchased The Dolphin. The 5 power levels, disc brakes, speedo, foldability and value make this a great purchase! My wife loves the size, comfort and ease to mount and dismount. We have used this bike for about two weeks now and are totally pleased. Ecotric bikes are built well and a pleasure to operate.

Bike died 2 mos out of warranty and no bike shops will work on the bike.

I have not been able to put it together yet due to not understanding the directions. On your website it would be good if you give a day to have shipped to you. My bike was sent by UPS and I signed up for their My Choice package. You were supposed to be able to choose delivery spot and date. Their website was not working. The bike was shipped and I was out of town those two days. I had just recently seen about your great sale and wanted to get in on that. It came close to the days that I was on vacation. I thought with changing it with UPS that I would be ok. So their website was down and you can not get a real person just a virtual assistant. My bike was delivered in the middle of a severe rain storm and dropped on my doorstep. UPS claims it was signed for but no one was home and my neighbors did not sign for it. Thankfully it was still there when I arrived home but that was the stipulation it was to be signed for. So the driver lied about it and left it anyway. Other neighborhoods and this would of probably been stolen. This is a FYI for your other customers.

We sold Janet's leopard because she couldn't reach the ground. She absolutely loves the dolphin She is able to steady herself when we stop. We would recommend this bicycle to anybody looking for a small affordable fat tire bike. Quite the pair my hammer and her dolphin.

I feel like I got the best deal in the entire E bike market. This is my 2nd Ecotric bike. I bought a 26 inch fat tire 4 years ago. That bike works as well as it did new out of the box. I just bought the folding fat tire dolphin model for my wife. I couldn't believe the price on an E bike that uses top of the line bike components. What a deal. Very satisfied customer. For the price these are the best E bikes on the market.

We have both the vortex and the peace dove. I rode the peace dove in traffic and have had no problems. Husband rides his to work. We love them both.
