Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects and workmanship issues. This includes coverage for key components such as the motor, battery, and electrical systems. Depending on the product, warranty periods may vary, typically ranging from 6 months to 2 years. Detailed warranty information specific to each product can be found on the product pages and in the user manuals provided with each purchase.

In the unlikely event that you experience an issue with your product, our warranty claim process is straightforward. Simply contact our customer service team with your proof of purchase and a description of the problem. We may request photos or videos to better understand the issue. Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will either repair or replace the defective parts at no additional cost.

Please note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications. Additionally, consumable parts such as tires and brake pads are not included under the warranty.
